Benny Benassi Kicks Off 2016 With Soaring Vassy Collaboration “Even If”: Idolator Premiere
Benny Benassi starts 2016 on a high with new single “Even If.” A simple love song with an epic electro-arrangement, the dance legend’s latest is a soaring house anthem with serious crossover potential. “Even if the stars forgot to shine, even if the moon escaped the sky,” go-to dance vocalist Vassy (she has David Guetta, Showtek and Tiesto features on her resume) sings on the massive chorus. “Even if I search until I’m blind I’ll find a way to you.”
It’s easily the Italian producer’s most accessible offering since Chris Brown collaboration “Beautiful People” and could find an audience well beyond clubland. Benny landed an international smash with 2003 debut single “Satisfaction” and has been at the forefront of dance music ever since. When not working on originals, he’s cranking out high-profile remixes and producing for other artists (Madonna’s “Girl Gone Wild” and “I’m Addicted”). We’re excited to premiere “Even If” below.
