Zendaya Hits The Stage, Meets Bryan Cranston In Seven-Minute “Neverland” Video: Watch
It’s been 10 months since Finding Neverland made its Broadway debut at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre, and eight since Idolator premiered Zendaya‘s rendition of the musical’s “Neverland,” from June 2015 companion release Finding Neverland: The Album. As far as a music video for the song, well — better late than never?
Brad Furman directed a seven minute and 38 second short film of sorts for Zendaya’s take on the track that also stars current Academy Award nominee Bryan Cranston as a — for lack of a better term — mysterious guardian angel of the theater. The clip also features choreography by Maksim Chmerkovskiy, brother of Zendaya’s former Dancing With The Stars partner Valentin Chmerkovskiy, and Ian Eastwood, who provided the moves for the Disney diva’s 2013 music video “Replay.”
