Rihanna’s Rejected Travi$ Scott Collaboration For ‘ANTI’ Surfaces: Hear “Tourist”

Leading up to Rihanna‘s ANTI release, the album was shaping up to have significant contributions from Kanye West and Travi$ Scott. But now that the LP is out, based on the credits that have been uncovered, West’s name doesn’t appear anywhere and Scott only shows up as one of a handful of songwriters on “Woo.” But apparently the album was going to have a Scott collab called “Tourist,” and his full version surfaced today (January 28).

The song has a trap bounce to it, and Scott’s as melodic as ever. But if “Bitch Better Have My Money” didn’t make the cut, then it makes sense that this didn’t, since it follows the same template, but with slower and more lumbering results. Still, following “BBHMM” it’s not hard to imagine Rihanna offering a clipped yelp over the beat.

The supposed ANTI reject was produced by Key Wane, who worked on Beyoncé‘s “Partition.” Hear it below, via Hypetrak.
