Pink Covers Jefferson Airplane For ‘Alice Through The Looking Glass’: Watch
Pink is covering Jefferson Airplane for Disney’s Alice Through the Looking Glass.
A new trailer that aired during the 2016 Grammy Awards featured her singing the acid rock band’s 1967 single “White Rabbit.” Songwriter Grace Slick had incorporated imagery from the classic Lewis Carroll tales — from the mushrooms Alice eats to the Queen of Hearts demanding a beheading. Meanwhile, reverb and drum machine beats aside, Pink’s version is loyal to the original, with her voice sounding as large and powerful as can be.

The Alice Through the Looking Glass soundtrack will also feature an original song written and performed by Pink, as she revealed in another TV spot. “That’s one of the more exciting things that I’ve ever done in my life,” she says.
