Future On 'SNL'
The Weeknd joined Future on stage during his debut on the sketch comedy show.

Now, Kanye West isn’t the only one to remix “Jumpman,” off Future and Drake‘s What a Time to Be Alive. Last night (March 5) on Saturday Night Live, host Jonah Hill hijacked his own monologue by bringing musical guest Future to the stage, but while promising a guest appearance from Drake, who wasn’t at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. “You were insisting that I do Drake’s part?” Jonah says to Future.

“I never said that.”

But Jonah soldiered on, wagging his finger as Metro Boomin‘s producer tag (“If young Metro don’t trust you…”) played from the speakers before reciting the best lyrics from Drake’s verse — like when he squawks during, “Lobster and Céline for all my babies that I miss / Chicken fingers, French fries for them hoes that wanna diss.”

And now, a quick reminder of what Drake and Jonah have in common: They were raised by Jewish parents, and they know the lyrics to “Jumpman.” Watch the SNL “performance” below.
