Rihanna Talks Manufactured Beyoncé Feud In ‘Vogue’ Cover Story

Rihanna covers the April issue of Vogue, looking effortlessly glamorous on the cover and in the spread. She’s draped in glittery gowns throughout, and for the interview she discusses her recent collaborations with SZA and Paul McCartney as well as her Puma line. But one of the most enlightening passages came when she addressed her supposed feud with Beyoncé, which again bubbled up earlier this month.

“Here’s the deal. They just get so excited to feast on something that’s negative,” she explained. “Something that’s competitive. Something that’s, you know, a rivalry. And that’s just not what I wake up to. Because I can only do me. And nobody else is going to be able to do that.”

Let’s hope that’s enough to compel the Navy and the Hive to let bygones be bygones.
