SXSW Day 4
In which Drake got people hyped to "Jumpman" after sets by his own OVO Sound signees.

Drake joins PARTYNEXTDOOR in “Come and See Me,” the latest from the former’s OVO Sound.

They offer two different perspectives in this slow R&B song: PARTYNEXTDOOR rap-sings about the dread that comes with a relationship moving too fast. Drake would rather take his own to the next level, though he’s resentful that his girl doesn’t feel the same way — “I don’t even know how your place is decorated.” With its minimal, hypnotic production by Noah “40” Shebib, “Come and See Me” sounds as if it were recorded at 3 a.m., when neither featured vocalist could sleep.

PARTYNEXTDOOR, who just earned his first #1 hit as a songwriter for Rihanna‘s “Work,” dropped “Come and See Me” shortly after Drake crashed his and Majid Jordan‘s FADER FORT set at SXSW. Listen below.
