He updates us on his two (!) new songs, 'Rocky Horror' and being pals with Kesha.

UPDATE: Dr. Luke’s lawyer Christine Lepera has already responded. “The Court repeatedly stated Kesha was already free to record without Dr. Luke, and that she had not presented any facts supporting her claims,” she says in a statement, according to Entertainment Tonight. “That’s because all the evidence — including Kesha’s own sworn testimony – show her allegations are false. Her attorneys can continue manufacturing even more false and outrageous claims, but the fact remains that her time would be better spent in a studio than wasting time having her lawyer and mother spin lies in the media.” Original post below.

Kesha isn’t giving up on her legal battle against Dr. Luke yet.

In February, a New York Supreme Court judge denied Kesha an injunction to sever ties from the producer and his Sony subsidiary Kemosabe Records. Now, a month later, Kesha has filed paperwork to have an appeals court re-examine that same decision, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

“Although [the decision] recognized that ‘slavery was done away with a long time ago’ and that ‘[y]ou can’t force someone to work … in a situation in which they don’t want to work,’ the Court’s ruling requiring Kesha to work for [Dr. Luke’s] companies, purportedly without his involvement, does just that,” Kesha’s attorney Mark Geragos states in Kesha’s latest court brief.

Meanwhile, Kesha thanked her fans once again for their support. See her latest Instagram post below.
