Nick Cannon Denies Taking Shots At Mariah Carey On Diss Track “Oh Well”
Nick Cannon takes several shots at a mystery ex on new diss track “Oh Well.” (Yes, he’s still making music). Lambs assumed the TV host was shading ex-wife Mariah Carey and immediately retaliated on social media. Which is understandable given the seemingly autobiographical lyrics. “I still feel bitter about it, you leavin’ the house,” he raps on the confessional, Drake-lite anthem, before declaring: “Our relationship was a lie.”
It didn’t take long for gossip websites to pick up on the story, which prompted Nick to deny the diss on Twitter. “Sorry to disappoint the bottom feeders but you won’t be hearing any diss records from me unless it’s about the GOVERNMENT!” he declared. “How many times do I have to reiterate @MariahCarey and I are super cool! Stop trying to create negativity, we will never subscribe to it.” Listen to the (terrible) song and read his explanation below.
