Beyoncé’s Album Release Is Imminent, According To The Internet

Rumors of Beyoncé pulling another Beyoncé have been rampant ever since she was announced as a Super Bowl Halftime Show performer. And after the star surprise-released “Formation,” the chatter reached a fever pitch. First it was whispered that she would drop an album on Super Bowl Sunday, and now? Easter Sunday is the alleged date for B6, following some suspicious activity on her iTunes and Vevo pages.

The accepted line of thinking is that Queen B is preparing to release an album/film project soon, and last night (March 24), the Hive noticed that her iTunes page briefly went down, and that her Vevo page catalogued at least 13 unlisted videos. Jezebel confirmed that her Vevo page listed 130 total videos with only 117 actually available.

More likely, the album is coming in April (for what it’s worth, a fan account got “official word” that’s the case), which would make sense since later that month she heads out on the Formation World Tour.

Music bloggers, don’t make any weekend plans for the next six weeks.
