This is all conveyed over an instantly-catchy track comprised of minimal synths and a head-bobbing, hip-swaying Latin beat.
The independent-women anthem itself has interesting credits: It was co-written and produced by Dr. Luke, who yesterday racked up a legal victory in his ongoing court case against the very non-independent Kesha.
