Selena Gomez's 'Revival': Album Review
Selena Gomez's 'Revival' LP is a career-defining gem. Read our detailed review.

Selena Gomez is donating a portion of the proceeds from her upcoming Revival Tour to the Alliance for Lupus Research (ALR) — an organization that aims to effectively treat, and ultimately prevent, the autoimmune disease. It’s a cause close to the 23-year-old’s heart. She was diagnosed with lupus in 2013 and was forced to cancel dates on the Stars Dance Tour in order to undergo chemotherapy. She will have come full circle when the pop star’s latest live extravaganza debuts in Las Vegas on May 6.

What can we expect from the show? Selena has shared images from tour projections on Instagram and the tone is decidedly dark with Day Of The Dead make-up and creepy black gloves (above). “This show is so centered around me, and I mean that in a way of confidence, of strength,” the “Hands To Myself” hitmaker told Billboard. “There’s so much I want to prove to myself for this tour and it’s just based on me, it’s based on my voice, it’s based on what I say to my crowd.”

Just don’t expect to hear a lot of old stuff. Selena revealed that the setlist will largely be comprised of songs from her hit Revival LP. “We just sprinkled in only three old songs, so it’s just the new material, which is how I wanted it to be,” she said. “We may add in a few things as well, surprise-wise, but we’ll figure it out.” Fingers crossed that “Love You Like A Love Song” and “Slow Down” make the cut!
