Tegan And Sara‘s new piano ballad “100x” packs even more of an emotional wallop when accompanied by its music video, which conveys the heartache of a breakup through the eyes of several impeccably manicured dogs. The duo take the lyrical stance of someone perhaps filled with regret, who’s done the heart-breaking, while various pooches stare into the camera.
It’s sad stuff, thanks to the handiwork of Los Angeles-based pet groomer Jess Rona — who, by the way, is apparently so in demand (thanks to the videos she posts on Instagram for her 100,000+ followers) that she’s no longer accepting new clients.
