Have you tried to watch Meghan Trainor‘s new “Me Too” video and had a hard time finding it? Maybe you went to her Vevo page and noticed it was gone, or maybe you headed to our post from Monday (May 9) and saw the dead embed. Well, Trainor pulled the clip for her Thank You single a few hours after it premiered after she noticed that her body was digitally slimmed down in the final cut.

On Snapchat yesterday, she told her followers “They Photoshopped the crap out of me. I’m so sick of it and I’m over so I took it down until they fix it…My waist is not that teeny. I had a bomb waist that night, I don’t know why they didn’t like my waist, but I didn’t approve that video and it went out for the world, so I’m embarrassed.”

But today the “No” singer went into more details about why she pulled the ultimate “no” after the reveal made her break down in tears. “I saw fans posting it and was like, ‘Why are fans ruining my waist? Are you kidding?’” the singer tells USA Today. “Then I went to the video and was like, ‘Oh my god.’ I texted the editors like, ‘I never asked you to touch my waist. I want my waist back.'”

“I screamed in my hotel room,” Trainor goes on. “I was like, ‘Why would they do this?’ I cried. I had to try not to cry because I had my (makeup) done, and was like, ‘Don’t ruin this. Go work and ignore it,’ but I couldn’t help it.”

The revised version of the video is expected to go up today.
