To advocate for equal pay, Cyndi Lauper and James Corden teamed up for a parody performance of Lauper’s 1983 hit “Girls Just Want To Have Fun” (fabulously called “Girls Just Want Equal Funds”) on Monday night’s episode of the Late Late Show.

And, as expected, Corden and Lauper– donned in matching pink wigs – gave a rousing performance. The duo sang about the gender pay gap, Hollywood clichés, among other women stereotypes.

“In every movie, when things get real, a girl runs from danger still wearing high heels,” Lauper belts. “Oh, Hollywood, that’s not what we do. ‘Cause girls they want comfy shoes. And to be paid as much as the dudes.”
