Watch Beyoncé Cover Prince In Dallas

There’s been no shortage of live Prince covers over the last few weeks, with everyone from Bruce Springsteen to Jennifer Hudson tributing the late Purple One. Back in April, Beyoncé got in on the honors with a “Purple Rain” karaoke singalong at her first Formation Tour concert, but last night (May 9) at her Dallas show, the Queen offered up a proper cover of her onetime live collaborator.
Bey pulled out a live rendition of Purple Rain‘s searing ballad “The Beautiful Ones,” which she previously covered and mashed up with “Sex On Fire” for her 2011 Glastonbury set. This time there was no KOL to muddy it up, just some serious stank.
