OK, just about the one thing that could make this year’s Billboard Music Awards appointment viewing seems to be happening (no shade, Britney). TMZ reports that Kesha is readying a performance that will address Dr. Luke and their ongoing legal battle over her sexual abuse claims.

The site says a source “close to Kesha” has told them she’s preparing a “statement performance” that will make direct references to the Dr. Luke lawsuit, potentially including images of the producer.

Just last week, Kesha performed a live cover of Lady Gaga‘s song about surviving sexual abuse, “Til It Happens To You.”

The BBMAs air live on May 22 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
