Kesha just performed Bob Dylan‘s “It Ain’t Me Babe” at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards. And suffice to say, it was pretty gut-wrenching.

Backed by Ben Folds, the “Die Young” songstress delivered a tender and simple rendition of the 1964 classic and received a standing ovation by the song’s end.

Kesha was recently blocked (and then allowed) by Dr. Luke‘s label, Kemosabe Records, to perform at this year’s BBMAs. She also covered the track at the Orpheum in LA with Folds last weekend.
