We always knew. We always knew it would be Zayn and Harry. Zayn Malik is already a superstar in his own right, topping the charts with his debut album after leaving One Direction. And Harry Styles is next in line, first landing a role in Christopher Nolan‘s upcoming WWII blockbuster, and now officially setting in motion the solo album part with a Columbia Records deal.

Billboard reports Styles has locked down a contract with the label, which is also home to 1D. No timeline for an album has been revealed yet, but it appears the singer has been plugging away, registering songs with ASCAP and writing with Ryan Tedder. So if the Brexit’s got you down, cheer up with the thought of new music from your hometown heartthrob coming down the pike. “The healing power of music,” all that malarkey.
