Pop Perspective: 5H's "Work From Home"
Our editors rate and review Fifth Harmony's catchy new single "Work From Home."

DC Comics’ Suicide Squad is about a group of prisoners who get enlisted by the U.S. government to perform covert operations. Its debut trailer depicts this bunch as criminally insane, caged or even strapped up like in a psychiatric ward.

So it makes sense that most of the folks featured in the official soundtrack‘s “Sucker for Pain” video, released today (June 24) appear the same way. Lil Wayne alternates between sitting in a jail cell and on a skull-shaped throne, his eyes glowing red. Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds stands among bullets suspended in the air. Rap newcomer Logic is bound in a straitjacket, while Sam Harris of X Ambassadors is chained up. Ty Dolla $ign, fresh off Fifth Harmony‘s hit “Work from Home,” is imprisoned in a cage of fire.

Everyone featured in this massive collaboration — well, except Wiz Khalifa, who appears just fine, if idle — appears as if they may as well join the squad, too.

The official Suicide Squad soundtrack is out August 5, the same day that the film hits theaters. Watch the “Sucker for Pain” video up top.
