Nineties boy band gods Backstreet Boys are cooking up a collaboration with bro-country stars Florida Georgia Line, seemingly looking to replicate the successful career resurrection the duo helped Nelly pull off with his 2013 hit remix of “Cruise.”

BSB member Brian Littrell posted an update from the session, writing: “In the Lab…… Doing something we’ve never done before…. BSB feature with FGL….. Great record…. Comes out late August.”

He’s talking about Florida Georgia Line’s Dig Your Roots, dropping later this summer. But Nick Carter revealed the Boys are working on their own new stuff in addition to this collab.

BSB’s last album was 2013’s In A World Like This.
