ScHoolboy Q Says The Label “Made Him” Put A Track With Miguel On ‘Blank Face’
On Wednesday night (June 29), ScHoolboy Q hosted an album listening party in New York City for his forthcoming album Blank Face. During the extravaganza, the California rapper revealed a few tidbits about a new track called “Overtime,” featuring Miguel and Justine Skye. Specifically, Q said that it was a “bootleg” version of his 2014 smash “Studio,” and the label “made him” put it on the album.

Ultimately though, the MC seemed to acknowledge that the label might’ve made the correct choice. “Sometimes the label really know what they talkin’ bout,” he said. “I said the same shit about ‘Studio’ so maybe there’s something I don’t know.”
