Frank Ocean Talks Love And Music In New Calvin Klein Campaign: Watch
Frank Ocean is the latest artist to star in Calvin Klein’s Fall 2016 collection.
In an extended commercial, Ocean – first dressed in a dapper suit and then just a shirt and jeans– talks about his passion for music.
“If you keep it up for four or five weeks, and then you stop, you feel like you’re missing something in your day,” he says. “That’s what music is for me – it feels like a necessary act.”
He then continues to talk about matters of the heart. “It takes a mind to worry, a conscience to feel ashamed, but there’s no place to hide out here. You romanticize what’s in the past, which is fantasy. But it’s not how I want it done. Fantasy plays the role of a supplement. You draw on fantasy to make things hyper-real.”
Perhaps this all means that the new album is coming soon? We can only hope.
