Following the release of star-studded charity single “Hands” yesterday, which features vocals by Adam Lambert, the pop-rock singer finally unleashed his video for “Welcome To The Show.” But if that wasn’t enough to keep Adam’s legion of loyal fans happy, perhaps this bit of info will do the trick: According to a press release for the “Welcome To The Show” video, Lambert is set to record his next album with producers Max Martin and Shellback.

Specifically, it’s noted after mentions of the Idol alum’s upcoming stint on The X Factor Australia and appearance in Fox’s Rocky Horror Show that Adam “will also be recording the follow up to The Original High with Max Martin and Shellback.”

If you share our thoughts that Lambert’s last album (which Max and Shellback also oversaw) was his best yet, then this should be filed under Great News.

Martin co-wrote and co-produced three of Adam Lambert’s biggest singles to-date: “Whataya Want From Me,” “If I Had You” and last year’s Gold-certified “Ghost Town.”

Are you looking forward to hearing what new music they come up with together?
