Rihanna has cancelled her concert at Allianz Stadium in Nice, France, on Friday (July 15) after a truck drove into a crowd celebrating Bastille Day and left at least 84 people dead.

The singer was in the city the night of the terror attack but has been confirmed safe by representative who spoke to People. Along with her concert, the Nice Jazz Festival has also been cancelled. Christian Estrosi, president of the PACA region of France, confirmed the cancellations on Twitter.

Rihanna also took to social media to announce the news, noting that her “thoughts are with the victims and their families.”
