D.R.A.M. & Lil Yachty Are The Happiest Dudes In The “Broccoli” Video: Watch

D.R.A.M. might be the cheeriest dude in hip-hop — one look at his response to Drake jacking “Cha Cha” to come up with “Hotline Bling” will hint at that. Most of his lyrics in “Broccoli,” his fast-rising collab with Lil Yachty, will also tell you that. (My personal favorites? “All I wanted was the fame and every game they made on Sega…Couple summers later I got paper / I acquired taste for salmon on a bagel / With the capers on a square plate / At the restaurant with the why you got to stare face.”)

And now the two rap sparkplugs star in the video and it happens to be the exact antidote to Trump’s fire and brimstone RNC speech from last night (July 21). They play with D.R.A.M.’s dog Idnit and that’s only like the fifth most happy-go-lucky part of the thing.

It was directed by Nathan R. Smith and Hidji Films, and if you watch right now, it’ll be mathematically impossible to start your weekend off on the wrong foot.
