BANKS Reveals New Album Title & Cover Art

BANKS has been teasing the follow-up to her 2014 LP Goddess since last November, when she premiered her “Better” video. Now, the goth R&B singer seems almost ready to release her new music.

On July 29, BANKS revealed her sophomore album’s title, The Altar, and its striking artwork, where she appears barefaced in black and white. BANKS says on social media that someone actually leaked The Altar‘s artwork before she wanted people to see it. But at least now, this and her new “Fuck With Myself” video, fans know for sure that at last, this new album is actually happening.

The Altar is out September 30. See her announcement post in full below.
