JoJo‘s comeback continues. Today (August 1) the pop-R&B singer visited The Elvis Duran Show to perform two songs unplugged: new single “Fuck Apologies” (the censored version, at least), and Shawn Mendes‘ own “Treat You Better.”
While she was only backed by an acoustic guitar, JoJo wasn’t trying to fade into the background as if doing coffee shop music. Particularly for “Fuck Apologies,” she sang with as much attitude as in the radio version, which features Wiz Khalifa being just as unapologetic.
JoJo’s third album Mad Love is out October 14. Watch her sing “No Apologies” up top, then see her cover of Shawn Mendes’ “Treat You Better” below.
