After spending most of the day watching a not-live live stream of Frank Ocean maybe building a staircase, and assuming it’s leading up to some album news, we finally have confirmation for a Boys Don’t Cry release date.

The singer’s follow-up to his acclaimed LP Channel Orange, which has been teased for years now, is out Friday (August 5) via Apple Music, according to The New York Times. The paper reports it’ll be exclusive to Apple for two weeks and accompanied by “a major video and a printed publication called Boys Don’t Cry that will be distributed at Apple stores.”

Our long national nightmare is over. You may now cry.
