Ah, lipdub videos. Those are still a thing, right? Regardless, Jason Derulo‘s video for funk-filled Platinum Hits single “Kiss The Sky” is basically a how-to for such clips, all done by professionals, of course.
Here the R&B-pop star bounces his way through a resort, inspiring guests, the cleaning crew and hotel staff to one-by-one shake a tail feather along the way with him. Eventually, a whole Hawaiian-shirted army of folks are dancing out in the front of the joint with Jason, before he’s lifted up over their heads and sacrificed to the party gods by being tossed down into a volcano.
Okay, that last part doesn’t actually happen. BUT JUST IMAGINE IF IT DID.
