Frank Ocean Was Putting In 16-Hour Studio Sessions & Forgetting To Eat
Frank Ocean‘s back-to-back drop of Endless and Blond dominated the weekend, and we’re solidly at that point after a major album release in which every detail and theory and scrap of background info is pored over to give greater context and meaning and myth to the project. Frank’s mother has even chimed in on Twitter, and before that, his younger brother Ryan Breaux offered up a few tidbits that provide a peek behind the Frank Ocean curtain.
Ryan says Frank was regularly putting in 16-hour studio sessions (not to mention the 140 hours of woodworking), and was so focused that he forgot about food.
