Santigold Dances With Puppets In “Banshee” Video: Watch
Santigold‘s 99¢ standout “Banshee” just got itself a video.
Directed by Kara Walker and Ari Marcopoulos, the hazy visual sees the singer at first sitting on the ground and holding a sign that says “Will work for blood.” The image then switches to Santi dancing amid technicolor lights and playing with little puppets. It’s a strange (yet joyous) clip, elevated that much more by the song’s relentlessly upbeat melody.
