Flume Unveils ‘Skin Companion’ Vinyl EP, Previews New Music: Listen

Following up his sophomore album Skin, Flume has announced the first Skin Companion EP. The Australian producer took to social media to reveal that the disc will contain four new songs and will be sold as a 12” vinyl in various record shops on Record Store Black Friday (November 25).

“I’ve been overwhelmed by the support you guys have shown for Skin over the past few months,” the songsmith said in a Facebook post. “I wanted to share some more music that was written around the same time.”

He continued, “The first Skin Companion EP is a 12″ of songs we are releasing in November. It will be available on vinyl at lots of great indie record stores around the world – Rough Trade, Phonica, Turntable Lab, Oye, Amoeba, Juno, Boomkat, Red Eye and many more.”

Flume also teased a sprawling new number called “Trust,” which serves as the EP’s lead track. Previews of the other songs on the record are available here.
