In the end, Britney Spears learned a valuable lesson with this week’s chart results: You don’t fuck with Babs.

Barbra Streisand‘s 35th studio album, Encore: Movie Partners Sing Broadway, captures the top spot on the Billboard 200 after moving 149,000 equivalent album units, with a whopping 148,000 of those being sales. Let it be known that Generation Streisand wants its physical copies.

This gives the iconic diva a total of 11 chart-topping albums — more than any other female artist — and puts her behind only The Beatles (who’ve racked up 19 #1s) and Jay Z (13). Overall, Streisand is tied with Bruce Springsteen, who has also sent 11 albums to the top of the chart. Barbra’s closest female contender, per Billboard, is Madonna, who has notched eight #1 albums.

Billboard also points out that Encore extends Babs’ record of having the longest span of chart-topping albums on the main album roundup, to 51 years, 10 months and 17 days. Streisand’s first #1 LP, People, hit the top of the Billboard 200 the week of October 31, 1964.

This leaves country duo Florida Georgia Line to enter at #2 with their third LP, Dig Your Roots (145K album units, 126K sales), and Britney Spears to debut at #3 with Glory (111K units, 88K sales). Britney herself has landed five albums at the top of the chart, though her last to reach #1 was 2011’s Femme Fatale. Spears’ previous album, the disappointing Britney Jean, debuted and peaked at #4, and sold 107,000 copies in its first week — 19,000 more than Glory did.
