Lady Gaga’s “Perfect Illusion” Is Out Friday

Lady Gaga’s new single, “Perfect Illusion,” is out this Friday (September 9). Some internet sleuths combed through the source code of Gaga’s site a few days ago and uncovered the date, but today Gaga officially announced it on Instagram.
The song has credits from Kevin Parker, Bloodpop and Mark Ronson, who’s been raving about Gaga’s new material in recent weeks. Gaga herself recently gave a few details about the long-awaited song, saying it’s “our sweet, simple, ragey way” of depicting “modern ecstasy.”
