Dillon Francis Interview
We spoke to Dillon Francis about his debut LP 'Money Sucks, Friends Rule' and nudes.

Dillon Francis has his sights set on a crossover pop hit with “Anywhere.” Featuring the smooth vocals of Will Heard, the DJ’s latest is a feel-good anthem with a monster chorus. “You’re like a part of me that only I can see, you’re even with me when I’m all alone,” the Brit croons over unusually mellow beats. “The people stop and stare, they say that no one’s there, maybe we’re better when we’re on our own.” It’s extremely catchy and very much on-trend given the wave of downtempo dance anthems wreaking havoc with the charts.

After winning a huge social media and Soundcloud following with originals and remixes, Dillon struck gold with “Get Low.” The video for the bone-rattling DJ Snake collaboration has racked up more 350 million views on YouTube and set the tone for the producer’s irreverent debut LP, Money Sucks, Friends Rule. He followed that up with the awesomely-named This Mixtape Is Fire, before starting work on new material. As for his featured vocalist, Will voiced Klangkarussell’s European smash “Sonnentanz (Sun Don’t Shine)” and has collaborated Kygo and Rudimental on other tracks. We’re excited to premiere “Anywhere” below.
