Alicia Keys Brings Out Jay Z For “Empire State Of Mind” Performance In Times Square: Watch
On Sunday night (October 9), Alicia Keys celebrated her forthcoming album Here with a surprise performance in New York City’s Times Square. And to make the extravaganza that much more special, the singer brought out fellow proud New York native Jay Z to sing their 2009 smash “Empire State Of Mind.”

The affair also featured cameos by the likes of Nas, John Mayer and Questlove. Keys even covered John Lennon‘s “Imagine” to honor what would’ve been The Beatles great’s 76th birthday.
