Watch Tove Lo Scream, Crash Her Car In “Fairy Dust” Trailer
Tove Lo‘s sophomore album Lady Wood drops on October 28, and it’s split into two chapters: “Fairy Dust” and “Fire Fade,” each given a track on the album. And ahead of the release, today she shared a trailer for the “Fairy Dust” short film, which looks like it’ll serve as the mission statement for the project.
The “Cool Girl” video was the first installment of the film, so you’ll recognize clips of the Swedish singer shaving her head and lighting a hotel room on fire from that first visual. But there are some ominous new shots, alongside Tove declaring, “I’m falling right back into my dark hole and I’ve never felt more safe.”
The short film is directed by Tim Erem and it’ll be out the same day as the album. Watch the teaser below.
