Pop Perspective: Christina Aguilera's "Change"
Our editors rate and review Christina Aguilera's tribute to the Orlando shooting victims.

Christina Aguilera joins the long, star-studded list of performers stumping for Hillary Clinton this week. The 35-year-old made a special appearance at a fundraiser last night (November 6) and belted out charity single “Change.” She introduced the performance with a passionate speech about her preferred candidate. “Thank you so much for coming out here,” Xtina began. “We literally got this together in less than a week and I was asked in the final, ninth hour and I was like, ‘Yes. Of course! Anything! Anything for her.’ And for all of you who… have a brain.”

“I don’t understand half of what’s going on, but I look around and I’m so happy to see sane people around me and understand that my daughter still has a future, so there’s still hope for her,” Christina continued. “So in honor of that and in honor of our children and their future hopefully we can all hope for a great and better change and who better to make that happen than a strong and powerful woman.” She then belted out “Change” — a song she released to raise victims of the Orlando nightclub shooting. Watch her in action below.
