Craig David released his sixth studio album Following My Intuition in September, and now, the British singer has returned with a broody video for his poignant single “All We Needed.” It’s a simple clip but a touching one, too, finding David crooning the track in a moody abandoned factory with just a piano and a string section behind him.

The ballad is also the 2016 theme song for BBC Children In Need, a charity that aids disadvantaged children and young folks in the UK.

“[The song] talks about taking life for granted and our friends and our family, and in this case, time runs out,” David said in a recent interview with Radio Two. “Ultimately, what we really need in life is just to love each other and be present in the moment. It was amazing when Children In Need approached me and said that they wanted to run with that song because it felt so synonymous with what that charity is all about.”
