Watch Hailee Steinfeld Gloriously Belt “Starving” On The ‘TODAY’ Show
Hailee Steinfeld‘s forthcoming movie Edge of Seventeen comes out this Friday (November 18). But on Wednesday (November 16), the actress and singer took a break from promoting the film to stop by the TODAY show and sing her Zedd-assisted single “Starving.”
The performance was gentle and sweet, as Steinfeld opted for a stripped-back, acoustic rendition of the number. She crooned the song’s flirty lyrics effortlessly amid the soft aquamarine and purple lights with just one guitarist in tow. Oh, and she also woke up at 5 a.m. to get ready for the gig, which is quite a feat in itself.
