American Music Awards 2016: Winners' List
Find out who won what at the 2016 American Music Awards in LA.

It’s that time again! The 2016 American Music Awards were broadcast live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles tonight (November 20) and everyone with an album to promote was there — either as a presenter or performer. In fact, this year’s list of performers reads like the iTunes top 20. We were serenaded by The Chainsmokers and Halsey, Bruno Mars, The Weeknd, Maroon 5, Niall Horan, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj, Twenty One Pilots and Shawn Mendes. Lady Gaga also performed “Million Reasons” from new LP Joanne.

As far as highlights go, Bruno kicked off the show with a high-energy and typically fly rendition of “24K Magic.” James Bay was a surprised inclusion, but “Let It Go” was one of the night’s most accomplished performances. The Chainsmokers and Halsey improved on that underwhelming BBMAs moment, while Sting’s medley of hits brought the crowd to their feet. Green Day also made an impression with their politically charged “Bang Bang” performance. Watch all the performances below.

Bruno Mars — “24k Magic”

Niall Horan — “This Town”

Fifth Harmony — “That’s My Girl”

The Chainsmokers & Halsey — “Closer”

James Bay — “Let It Go”

Shawn Mendes — “Treat You Better/Mercy”

The Weeknd — “Starboy”

Ariana Grande & Nicki Minaj — “Side To Side”

John Legend — “Love Me Now”

Twenty One Pilots — “Heathens”/”Stressed Out”

Justin Bieber — “Let Me Love You” (Live From Switzerland)

Lady Gaga — “Million Reasons”

Green Day — “Bang Bang”

Sting — “I Can’t Stop Thinking About You”/”Message in a Bottle”/”Every Breath You Take”
