Well, this was a little unexpected! Jessie J is releasing a new single on Friday (December 2) called “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You.” I’d bet money that it’s an interpretation of Frankie Valli’s similarly-titled 1967 classic, which has been covered by everyone from Clay Aiken to Muse. The Brit’s new bop is part of Makeup Forever’s #iamanartist campaign and represents her first single since contributing “My Superstar” to the Ice Age: Collision Course soundtrack. Oh, and she looks a hell of a lot like Pink on the cover.

The 28-year-old shared a sneak peek of the video (or perhaps the commercial) on Instagram this morning and it’s a glamorous neon-lit affair. Hopefully, this is the start of a something bigger. After all, Jessie has hinted at starting work on her 4th LP after taking time off to judge The Voice in the UK and Australia. “It’s really time-consuming, and if I’m honest with you, I get to the point where I’m in the chair, and I just want to sing,” the “Bang Bang” diva said in a recent interview. “I’m ready to write another album.”
