Solange released her album A Seat At The Table  back in September and, as of yet, she has made no plans to tour the record. But on Thursday (December 1), the singer revealed that she will be holding auditions for a backing band via her Saint Heron website, so she can “bring the magic to her fans.”

“Calling all musicians in New Orleans and the surrounding areas!  reads the announcement. “We’re in search of vocalists, guitarists and keyboardists… we’re holding auditions for talented instrumentalists and singers to become part of the musical team that helps Solo bring the magic to her fans. Details for in-person auditions will be disclosed to those who are selected from the initial submission process.”

The notice specifically asks for musicians from the ages of 18 to 35 to audition, so for those of you who want to give it a go, send a three-minute video to skauditions@gmail.com.

May the odds be forever in your favor.
