Drake’s “Talk Is Cheap” With Aaliyah And Static Major Surfaces On The Internet: Listen
Drake is currently working on his “playlist” project called More Life, and while the release date for that is not yet known, there seems to be a new Drizzy song that just surfaced on the Internet. The number, “Talk Is Cheap,” is a sultry slow-jam that features two R&B legends that the world lost too soon: Aaliyah and Playa member Static Major.
This is not the first time the Toronto rapper has featured Aaliyah’s vocals on a track. Back in 2012, Drake released the sleek “Enough Said,” which was rumored to be part of a full-length that the MC was putting together with her previously-unreleased vocals. However, the project was later dropped when her family denied involvement in a posthumous Aaliyah album.
Perhaps this is a sign of new Aaliyah songs to come? Let’s hope, but for now, listen to “Talk Is Cheap” below. via Radio.com.
