Here’s Nicki Minaj (Allegedly) Mocking A Mentally Ill Woman At The Holidays: Watch
Why Nicki Minaj thought it was funny to post the following video is beyond comprehension. It’s an Instagram clip, from the streets of Miami, that seems to depict the “Black Barbies” diva sitting in a car and verbally harassing a woman on the sidewalk who is clearly agitated. The woman is seen walking away from the situation, but Nicki appears to keep calling after her to come back. Some outlets are even reporting that the woman is mentally ill. Minaj accompanied the video with the crying eyes emoji on Instagram.

Per TMZ, the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI-Miami) stated in response, “Nobody would make fun of a cancer patient, and mental illness is an illness like any other.”
