Watch Mariah Carey, Adele, Lady Gaga And More Belt ‘All I Want for Christmas Is You’ During Carpool Karaoke
Leave it to James Corden to bring a bunch of famous folks together to sing Mariah Carey‘s 1994 hit “All I Want For Christmas Is You” in a car. For this year’s Christmas edition of Carpool Karaoke, the Late Late Show host recruited the likes of Adele, Lady Gaga, Elton John, Selena Gomez, Nicki Jonas, Demi Lovato and Mariah herself to sing the holiday classic.
The clip starts with Mimi and Corden riding around in a car with a bunch of presents when the singer begins to tell him what she wants for the holidays.”I want you to sing my song ‘All I Want for Christmas Is You,'” the Diva coyly says. And what luck – the British show host has it propped and ready! They, of course, immediately break out into song, which is followed by stringed clips of a bunch of other musicians singing the number, too.
