Beyoncé is facing a lawsuit over her "Drunk In Love" video, but it's actually Jay Z's fault.

The 2017 Grammy Awards just became a must-see event. Beyoncé and Adele are set to perform, says telecast producer Ken Ehrlich.

“Very few people say no to the Grammys,” Ken said in Billboard‘s Grammy roundtable from its December 22 issue. “Of all the years I’ve been doing the show, there have been three or four acts who’ve absolutely said no.”

When asked to share who they were, he replied, “Absolutely not. But I can tell you that Adele and Beyoncé are not two of them. We have every anticipation that both of them will be with us in February.”

Thanks to Lemonade and lead single “Formation,” Beyoncé scored the most nominations this year with nine. But she and Adele’s 25 and “Hello” will face off in three crucial categories: Album of the Year, Record of the Year and Song of the Year.

The 2017 Grammy Awards, hosted by James Corden, airs February 12 on CBS.
