Martin Garrix Features Dua Lipa In New Song
Martin Garrix has another smash hit up his sleeve. Last summer, the young producer-DJ released “In the Name of Love,” the Bebe Rexha-voiced banger that topped Billboard’s Dance Club Songs chart. To follow that up, he has teamed with emerging alt-pop star Dua Lipa.
In a snippet from a recent concert, Dua can be heard singing, “Don’t I need somebody just to feel like I’m alright? / Is the only reason you’re holding me tonight / is that you’re scared to be lonely?” Meanwhile, Garrix’s dance production is relentlessly upbeat, as if he’s already gearing for music festival season.
Both artists are set to release their debut albums early next year, so it’s tough to tell where this song will end up. Watch a snippet of the live debut below.
