Dua Lipa Releases Soulful Ballad “Thinking ‘Bout You”: Listen
Dua Lipa‘s self-titled debut album arrives on February 10, and so far, she’s dropped a handful of infectious electro-pop singles like “Hotter Than Hell” and “Blow Your Mind (Mwah)” in advance of its release. Now, Lipa returns with a new track called “Thinking ‘Bout You,” a sultry ballad that shows of the singer’s more soulful side.
The track finds Lipa crooning love-lorn lyrics over a sleek acoustic melody. “I can’t stop thinking ’bout you/ I can’t get high, I can’t get by, I can’t get through/ I can’t stop thinking ’bout you,” she sings in the yearning chorus. It just goes to show that – whether it’s dance bangers or poignant slow-burners – this girl can really do it all.
What’s more, the British crooner recently mentioned that the song’s video is coming out soon. So keep your eyes peeled for that as well.
